Designed in both Canva and Adobe InDesign, the piece aligns with internal branding and distills complex information into a clean, accessible format. Development included cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership, HR, Compliance, Benefits, and STAR Service teams. The final product reflects a unified voice, prioritizing clarity, accessibility, and user experience for a diverse healthcare workforce.
